[Auto-Unlicensing] allows you to register a scheduler that automatically reduces the number of users in a Access group according to a set schedule.

g.1 Auto-Unlicensing


The ‘auto licensing’ function is as follows.

Auto Unlicensing

Provides a function to delete users from the Access group at 12:00 AM every day who have no activity record for more than the entered number of days among the users in the Access group




The Auto Unlicensing setting proceeds as follows.


  1. Click the [Edit] button to set 'Auto Unlicensing' Setting.

2. Enter the desired number in the ‘Last Active’ input box in ‘Auto-Unlicensing Management’.



3. You can check how many users will be removed from the Access group by clicking the [Check User Count] button.

4. When all settings are complete, click the [Save] button.
