1. Admin API Key

  1. Open https://admin.atlassian.com/

  2. Click the organization you are working on.

  3. On the upper side menu, click 'Settings'.

  4. Under Settings click 'API keys'.

  5. Click 'Create API key'.

  6. Set a name for the API key (only admin can see it) and set the Expiry date for the key (once this date is reached, the API key won't work anymore).

  7. Copy the generated API key and paste in the Flexible User License app.

Never share your API key with anyone else.


2. Verified Domain


  1. Log in to  https://admin.atlassian.com/
  2. Click 'Verify your domains' from the organization your are working on.
  3. Verify domain the way you want : DNS, HTTPS, G Suite

3. API Token


  1. Log in to https://id.atlassian.com/manage/api-tokens.
  2. Click 'Create API token'.
  3. Enter a memorable and concise label for your token and click 'Create'.
  4. Click 'Copy' button, and save the token to elsewhere to save, and also paste it in the Flexible User License App.

4. Google Mail Certification


  1. After Login to Google, move to https://myaccount.google.com/lesssecureapps . 
  2. Click 'Turn on access' from 'Less secure app access', this setting enables Flexible User License app sending emails to your account.
  3. After Login to Google, move to https://accounts.google.com/DisplayUnlockCaptcha . 
  4. Click 'Continue' button from 'Allow access to your Google account'.
