Define targets that people will receive email notification though [Notification Settings], according to the configured Auto Remove & Warning schedule.

The Notification Settings are as follows.
1. First, to activate the function, Auto Remove or Warning necessarily be activated.

If you want to send a notification email a person who doesn't include in Jira users, add a email address in External Email field.
