Personal Navigation

Personal Navigation

Personal navigation is limited to one per-user account and is only accessible to the account holder. It can be customized to meet your needs. You can view your personal navigation, along with any navigations you have permission to edit or view, in a list. To select which navigations appear on your Confluence screen, select the Active feature.

A personal navigation is one created with both editor and viewer permissions set to Private.

If you're logged in with the admin account, you can see all navigations in the navigation list, including personal navigations created by other users, regardless of editor or viewer permissions. However, you can only see and delete personal navigations in the list as an admin.

If you're logged in with a user account, you'll only see personal navigations and navigations with editor and viewer permissions assigned to you in the list.

Personal navigation cannot be set as the default navigation.
