System Log
The system logs allow you to view records of tasks executed in the Flexible User License. These logs include actions such as setting changes, notification executions, license revocations, and other configured tasks. Detailed information about each executed task is available for review. Additionally, system logs can be exported as CSV files for further analysis.
About the System Log page
To run the Log, refer to How to access the menu.
1. Click on the Log > System Log tab.
2. You can check the logs by period or export logs on the System Log screen.
In the log list, you can see the following:
Status Types: Select the type of status you want to check. You can select All Types, Setting Change, Notification Execution, Auto Revoke Execution, Instant Revoke Execution, License Count Remain Execution, and Exclude Target Setting Change for the status type.
Period: Select the period and then see the logs for that period.
Rows per page: Select the number of logs to display on one page. You can select 20 or 50; the default value is 20.
Export Log: Export the logs displayed in the log list to a CSV file based on Status Type, period, and search criteria.
Created At: Shows the date the log was created.
Created By: Shows the person who ran the action.
Status: Shows the action type of the generated log.
Summary: Displays details of the executed task.
View Details: Click the > icon at the beginning of each log entry to view detailed information about the executed task.
