Auto Login

 

In Auto login Settings, you can configure the system to automatically grant licenses to users in a group without a license when they attempt to log in, enabling automatic login.

 

 


Auto Login On

 

To run the Login, refer to How to access the menu.

 

1. On the Login screen, click the Auto Login tab.

2. On the Auto Login screen, select OnIf Auto Login is set to on, the On button is black and the message 'Auto Login function’ is currently enabled' is displayed. With auto-login turned on, unlicensed users in a user group can be automatically licensed and logged in when they log in.  

 

Auto Login Off

 

To run the Login, refer to How to access the menu.

 

1. On the Login screen, click the Auto Login tab.

2. On the Auto Login screen, select OffIf Auto Login is set to off, the Off button is black and the message 'Auto Login function’ is currently disabled' is displayed. With auto-login turned off, unlicensed users in a user group can't log in because you don't automatically license them when they log in. 

 


Setting Reactivate on Auto Login

 

"Reactivate on Auto Login" activates the user account when a user with a Deactivate account that belongs to the user group attempts to log in.

To use the "Reactivate on Auto Login" feature, Auto Login must be On.

 

1. On the Login screen, click the Auto Login tab.

2. On the screen where auto-login is set to On, click Edit.

3. In edit mode, select the Reactivate on Auto Login option.

  • Auto Login "On": Enables Auto Login for unlicensed users in a user group.

  • Auto Login "On" & Reactivate on Auto Login On": Enables deactivated users in a user group to auto login by reactivating them.

Avoid selecting the ‘Reactivate on Auto Login’ with SSO authentication, as it is not supported.

4. To save your settings, click Save.
