Instant Revoke
Instant Revoke adjusts the number of users in a licensed group by removing users from the license group in order of the oldest login time. It keeps only the number of users you enter as users in the license group and immediately removes inactive users from the license group after a long period of inactivity, giving you the flexibility to manage your licenses.
Set the Instant Revoke
To run the License Rovoke, refer to How to access the menu.
1. On the License Rovoke screen, click the Instant Revoke tab.
2. In Set User Count, enter the number of users in the license group. Keep only as many users as you enter and immediately begin taking back licenses from users whose last login time is older. For example, if you enter 50, the number of users in the license group is immediately adjusted to 50.
Exclude users who have never logged in: When running a Instant Revoke, exclude users with no login history from being targeted for a Instant Revoke.
3. Click Run Now to adjust the number of license group users immediately.
