Auto Revoke
Auto Revoke allows you to set criteria to exclude from a license group. Set a schedule interval for auto-revoke to automatically adjust the number of users in the license group periodically based on your settings.
Auto Revoke and Schedule Settings
To run the License Rovoke, refer to How to access the menu.
1. On the License Rovoke screen, click the Auto Revoke tab.
2. Click Edit on the Auto Revoke tab of the License Rovoke screen.
3. On the edit mode screen, set the Last login and Auto Revoke schedule.
Last login(Days ago): Automatically removes users who haven't logged in for as many days as the number you enter, relative to the current day. For example, if you enter 100, remove users who haven't logged in from today to 100 days ago.
Check User Count: Shows how many users will be removed for not logging in during the entered period and how many will remain in the license group.
Deactivate users: When running the Auto Revoke, deactivate the user's account and remove it from the license group.
Exclude users who have never logged in: When the Auto Revoke is activated, users who have never logged in are not targeted for auto-remove.
Auto Revoke Schedule Settings: You can set the start time and interval for auto-revoke. Start Time can be set for 24 hours in 1-hour intervals, and Intervals can be selected Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
4. When all settings are complete, click the Save.
Auto Revoke On/Off
Auto Revoke can be On or Off, depending on your needs.
When Auto Revoke is set to On
If Auto Revoke is set to on, the On button is black and the message 'Auto Revoke function is currently enabled' is displayed.
To set Auto Revoke to Off, click the Off button.
When Auto Revoke is set to Off
If Auto Revoke is set to off, the Off button is black and the message 'Auto Revoke function is currently disabled' is displayed.
To set Auto Revoke to On, click the On button.
