Flexible User License is an app developed by Open Source Consulting that enhances operational efficiency and license management visibility by adjusting user access within the allotted number of Bitbucket licenses. This promotes efficient license management for companies.

License removal scheduler

The License removal scheduler is allows you to automatically reclaim unused licenses by reclaiming licenses from users who have been inactive for a period of time set by the administrator. Periodic Auto-Unlicensing automatically reclaims licenses from users with older activity times.

License management visibility

The Summary provides visibility into how many licenses are in use and how many remain relative to the total number of licenses. You can also check the status of User Group and Licensed Group settings and the number of users per group, as well as information about auto removal and warning settings for license management.

Managing Users with License Groups

You can add license groups to manage users on a group basis, which is convenient for managing large numbers of users.

Log

All actions taken in the Flexible User License are recorded in a log, which you can export as a CSV file.
