Views

The View feature in Flexible Table allows you to save, manage, and customize how project data is displayed in a table.
With views, you can quickly switch between different layouts and revisit your preferred column settings, sorting, and filters at any time.

From the View menu, you can save the current view, create a new view, or reset a view.
You can also manage saved views—such as updating settings or deleting them—through Manage Views.

Current view

  1. Log in to your Jira Cloud site.

  2. From the left sidebar, go to Apps > Flexible Table.

  3. The All Flexible Tables page appears. Click a table name from the list to open it.

  4. Click the View button at the top of the table. The displayed name indicates the currently active view.
