AI Center
In the AI Center, you can access all AI features supported by Flexible Table in one place. It provides AI features such as table creation, table view management, and help with using Flexible Table. You can start working by entering what you need directly in the chat, or by selecting one of the feature cards provided.
Accessing the AI Center
You can access the AI Center from the following location.
From the Flexible Table sidebar, select AI.
AI Center overview
The AI Center consists of the following.
New chat: Click to reset the AI chat and return it to its default state.
Feature cards: Provides the Create table, Table view management, and Help using Flexible Table cards. Click a card to launch the corresponding feature.
Create a table
In the AI Center, click the Create table card.
The Create Table with AI page appears.

Table view management
In the AI Center, click the Table view management card.
In the chat, click Select the table to display the table list. Select the table you want to manage.
After selecting the table, click the submit button in the chat.
The selected table view appears, and the AI chatbot panel opens on the right. Select a suggested action from the AI chatbot panel, or enter what you want to manage directly in the chat to proceed.
Help using Flexible Table
In the AI Center, click the Help using Flexible Table card.
The Flexible Table help screen appears. In the Suggested area, select from the list of questions suggested by AI, or enter your question directly in the chat.
When related documents appear in the Related Documents area, click the relevant item to view the user guide page.
