Saved views
In Saved views, you can edit, duplicate, or delete views created in your Flexible Table. Saved views are listed in descending order by creation date, with up to 20 views displayed per page. You can search for a view by name or description, or use the Owner filter to narrow down the list.
Only the creator, owner, and Jira administrator of the table can access Table settings > Saved views.
Manage saved views
Log in to your Jira Cloud site.
From the left sidebar, go to Apps > Flexible Table.
The All Flexible Tables page appears. Click the name of the table you want to configure.
In the table view, click More actions (...) next to the table name, then select Table settings.
The Table settings panel opens with the Details tab displayed. Click the Saved views tab.
Search: Enter a name or description to search for a saved view.
Owner: Filter the saved views list by owner.

Default: Use the radio button to set or unset a view as the default view.
Name: Displays the name of the saved view. Click the name to open the View settings for that view.
Owner: Displays the name and avatar of the view creator.
Description: Displays the description entered for the view. If no description has been entered, this column appears blank.
More actions: Displays icons to access the view settings, duplicate, or delete the view.

When there are no saved views
If no views have been saved, an empty list appears with the message No saved views.
To save a view, modify the display settings in the table, such as filters or grouping. Once changes are made, the Save this view button becomes active and you can save the current settings as a view.
