Scheduling
In Scheduling, you can configure your team's working days and the date fields used for the Start date and End date on the Flexible Table timeline.
Only the creator, owner, and Jira administrator of the table can access Table settings > Scheduling.
Configure scheduling
Log in to your Jira Cloud site.
From the left sidebar, go to Apps > Flexible Table.
The All Flexible Tables page appears. Click the name of the table you want to configure.
In the table view, click More actions (...) next to the table name, then select Table settings.
The Table settings panel opens with the Details tab displayed. Click the Scheduling tab.
Date fields used for scheduling
Start date*: Select the Jira date field to use as the start date on the timeline. The default is Start date (customfield_10015). For example, if you select Created as the start date, the date from the Created field is used as the start date.
End date*: Select the Jira date field to use as the end date on the timeline. The default is Due date. For example, if you select Updated as the end date, the date from the Updated field is used as the end date.
Reset to default: Resets the Start date and End date fields to their default values.
Start date and End date fields that are not available in the selected Jira spaces won't be updated. To ensure proper synchronization, make sure these fields are enabled in each space's settings.
Working days
Days not selected are treated as non-working days and appear grayed out on the timeline.
Day selection: Select the days to set as working days from Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, and Sun. The default is Monday through Friday.
Reset to default: Resets the working days to their default values.
Save: Saves your changes.
