Table setting

 

Table settings can be accessed from two locations: the table list and the individual table view. Use either path to update a table's basic information.

Only the creator, owner, and Jira administrator of the table can access Flexible Table settings.

 

Configure from the table list

 

  1. Log in to your Jira Cloud site.

  2. From the left sidebar, go to Apps > Flexible Table.

  3. The All Flexible Tables page appears. In the table list, find the table you want to configure and click Actions > Settings at the right end of its row.

  1. The Table settings panel opens. Edit the fields as needed, then click Save.

  • Name: The display name of the Flexible Table.

  • Owner: The user responsible for managing the table. Defaults to the creator. The owner has full management permissions for the table.

  • Start date: The start of the table's date range. Defaults to the table creation date.

  • End date: The end of the table's date range. Defaults to the start date. Start date and End date together define the full date range of the Flexible Table.

  • Scope: Defines which Jira issues appear in the table. Select Space, Filter, or JQL, then add one or more items.

  • Save: Saves your changes and updates the table.

  • Cancel: Discards your changes and closes the panel.

Configure from the table view

  1. In the table view, click More actions (...) next to the table name, then select Table settings.

  1. The Details tab of Table settings opens. Edit the fields as needed, then click Save.
