Get started

 

When you install the Flexible Table app, you can manage your Jira projects through a powerful table view designed for better visibility and control.
The table view allows you to group and sort work items according to your needs—track overall project progress by assignee, status, and other key fields.

The Get started lets you create Flexible Tables manually or with AI. Once created, tables are available in both the app page and Jira space navigation.

 

About the Get started

You can access the Get started from the following path:

Jira sidebar > Apps > Manage apps > Jira admin settings > Flexible Table > Get started

 

  1. Click Apps in the Jira sidebar, then select Manage apps.

  1. On the Get started under Flexible Table in the Apps list of Jira admin settings, click Get started.

  1. The Get started for Flexible Table appears. From this page, you can perform the following actions:

  • Create Flexible Table: Create a new Flexible Table manually. Clicking this button opens a creation modal where you can select spaces or a filter to define the table scope. After saving, the table is created.

  • Create table with AI: Automatically create a Flexible Table using AI. Clicking this button opens the AI creation page, where you can select spaces, choose a filter, or enter JQL conditions. Based on your input, AI generates the table.

  • User guide: Open the Flexible Table user guide.

  • Book a demo: Go to the scheduling page to request a demo.

  • Get support: Go to the support page to submit requests or ask questions about the app.
