Expand and collapse all
Use Expand all to open all groups in the table at once, or Collapse all to close them simultaneously. This helps you quickly review a large number of work items or focus on specific sections as needed, making it easy to adjust your table view for a detailed or summarized perspective.
Expand all
Expands all collapsed groups to show their work items in the table.
1. Login to your Jira Cloud site.
2. Select the project you want to manage with the Flexible Table app, following the instructions in the Getting Started guide.
3. The table view in Flexible Table will appear.
4. To expand any collapsed groups, click Expand all.
5. All collapsed groups will expand, showing their work items in the table.
