Log
In the logs, you can see the history of user additions and group moves. You can download the logs as a CSV or XLSX file or view the details on the log page.
Log list
Go to Apps > Bulk User Import in the navigation bar.
Select Log in the left sidebar, and the Logs screen appears.
Note that the list is always numbered, with the newest being #1.
The log list shows the following:
Rows per page: Select the number of logs to display on one page. The default value is 10.
(Download): Select the log you want to download from the log list. After you click Download, you can download the log file in a CSV or XLSX format.
No: Shows the serial number of the log. Note that the list is always numbered, with the newest being #1.
Actions: Shows the action type of the generated log.
Date: Shows the date the log was created.
Worker: Shows the person who ran the action.
Email: Shows the email address of who ran the action.
View details: You can see more information about the selected log.
Logs can be viewed by action type, search by worker, and by log generation period.
Actions: Displays the log of the selected action on the screen. You can select User Import and Move Group as the action type.
Search by Worker: Search by the worker to display the matching logs on the screen.
Period: Select the period and then see the logs for that period.
The search results will only show logs that meet all of the set conditions.
If there are no search conditions, the most recent logs are listed first and the oldest logs are shown last.
View log details - User Import actions
Go to Apps > Bulk User Import in the navigation bar.
Select Log in the left sidebar.
On the Log screen, click View details for the user import action log.
You can select by result type and search by email on the Log details screen.
What you can see in the table as follows:
Date: Shows the date and time the log was created.
Actions: Shows the actions taken by the worker.
File Name: Shows the name of the user list file.
Start/Finish Time: Shows when you started the actions and when you finished it.
Worker: Shows the name of the worker who runs the actions.
Email: Shows the worker's email address.
Result: Displays the log of the selected result on the screen. You can select success and failed as the result type.
Search by Email: Search by email to display the matching logs on the screen.
Total: The total number of users targeted for user import.
Success: The number of users imported successfully.
Failed: The number of users that failed to import users.
Rows per page: The number of rows to display User Import Results.
(Download): Download User Import Results to a CSV or XLSX file.

Email: The imported user's email address.
Group Name: The group name to which users specified in the user list file will be added.
Result: The result of the user import. Status shows the success/failed results for importing users, not for moving groups.
Description: Shows the success/failed reasons for the group move. If you hover over the description message, the name of the group that failed to move is displayed as a tooltip. For example, in the image below, test-123 is the group name where the move failed.
If you don't specify a group in the user list file or specify a group does not exist, the group name is blank.
View log details - Move group actions
Go to Apps > Bulk User Import in the navigation bar.
Select Log in the left sidebar.
On the Log screen, click View details for the move group action log.
You can select by result type and search by user on the Log details screen.
What you can see in the table as follows:
Date: Shows the date and time the log was created.
Actions: Shows the actions taken by the worker.
Start/End: Shows when you started the actions and when you finished it.
Worker: Shows the name of the worker who runs the actions.
Email: Shows the worker's email address.
Source Group: The user's original group.
Target Group: The group to copy users to.
Result: Displays the log of the selected result on the screen. You can select success and failed as the result type.
Search by User: Search by user to display the matching logs on the screen.
Total: The total number of users to move the group.
Success: The number of users who successfully moved the group.
Failed: The number of users whose group move failed.
Rows per page: The number of rows to display Move Group Results.
(Download): Download Move Group Results to a CSV or XLSX file.
No: Shows the serial number of the log. Note that the list is always numbered, with the newest being #1.
User: The user name of the group move target.
Email: The email address of the group move target user.
Result: The result of the move group.
Description: The reason for the success or failure.
Log download
Go to Apps > Bulk User Import in the navigation bar.
Select Log in the left sidebar.
On the Log screen, select the log you want to download from the log list.
Click Download > CSV or XLSX in the upper-right corner of the log list.
The log file is downloaded in the format you selected.
Check the downloaded log file.
