Move Group
Move Group is a feature that moves users to a target group by copying all users registered in the source group to the target group. Move group is an action that copies the user to the target group, so the user remains in the source group.
Copy Users from a Source to a Target Group
Go to Apps > Bulk User Import in the navigation bar.
Select Move Group in the left sidebar.
In the Move Group screen, type a group name in Source Group and click Add.
In the source group list, check that you see the group you added.
what you can see in the source group list as follows:
Group Name: Copy users from this group to the Target Group.
User Count: Number of users in the group.
Remove: Delete from the Source Group list.
The user count in the group may appear higher than the actual group members, but move the group only to actual members.
Type a group name in Target Group and click Add.
In the target group list, check that you see the group you added.
What you can see in the target group list is as follows:
Group Name: Name of the Target Group.
User Count: Number of users in the group.
Remove: Delete from the Target Group list.
The user count in the group may appear higher than the actual group members, but move the group only to actual members.
Click Copy, and a Move Group message window appears. Click OK to proceed.
Several groups can be added to the Source Group and only one group can be added to the Target Group. All users in the Source Group are copied to the Target Group.
Move Group progress windows appear. The progress graph shows the progress of the move group. Please wait a few minutes for the process to be done.
After you finish moving groups, the Log Details screen appears. You can see the results of the move group in Status in the log table. Move Group Results can be checked in the list or downloaded as a CSV or XLSX file.
What you can see in the table as follows:
Total: The total number of users targeted for user import.
Success: The number of users that succeed in moving the group.
Failed: The number of users that failed to move the group.
Rows per page: The number of rows to display Group Move Results.
(Download): Download Move Group Results to a CSV or XLSX file.
No: Shows the serial number of the group move user list.
User: The user name of the group move target.
Email: The email address of the group move target user.
Status: The result of the move group.
Description: The reason for the success or failure.
Click Complete to close the Log Details screen.
