Configuration
To start the Bulk User Import, you must create an API token and credentials it to the Bulk User Import App. After successful credentialing, you can use the Bulk User Import App.
Create an API token
Log in to the Atlassian Account page.
On the API Tokens page, click Create API token.
From the dialog that appears, enter a memorable and concise Label for your token and click Create.
Click Copy to clipboard, then paste the token to your script, or elsewhere to save:
Click Close to finish creating the API token.

Credentials
Go to Apps > Bulk User Import in the navigation bar.
Select Configuration in the left sidebar of the Bulk User Import app.
Click Edit on the Configuration screen.
The Configuration screen appears in edit mode. Fill in your Email, and API token, and then click Save.
If you have entered the right credentials you will see a Success message. But If you enter the wrong credentials you will see an Failed message.
You cannot access the Bulk User Import app without entering the right Email and API token.
Click Create API token to go to the Atlassian Account page. For more information, refer to Create an API token in the upper on this page.
