Installation

 

This section Introduces how to install a Bulk User Import. Before you can use Bulk User Import app, you need to install the app. Bulk User Import can be easily installed by using the Explore more apps in the navigation bar.

 

 

Installing Bulk User Import apps

 

  1. Log in as a Site admin account, and then go to Jira.

  2. Go to Apps > Explore more apps in the navigation bar.

  3. Type Bulk User Import in the Marketplace search box to search.

  1. Select the search result of the Bulk User Import.

  1. Click Try it free on the Bulk User Import web page.

  2. Select the domain to install and then click Start free trial.

  1. An app installation alert appears.

  1. When the installation is complete, an alert appears to notify you.

  • Manage app: Click Manage app to see details about Bulk User Import.

Bulk User Import is free to use for 30 days. At the end of the free trial period, you can buy licenses for the Bulk User Import app based on the number of users registered in Jira.
