Audit Log
The Audit Log feature in Flexible User License helps you monitor and track user and group exclusion activity within your Jira Cloud site. It provides visibility into who made changes, what actions were taken, when they occurred, and whether they were successful. With flexible filters and CSV export support, this feature allows administrators to investigate changes, troubleshoot unexpected behavior, and maintain compliance.
Audit logs are retained for only 180 days after the date of occurrence. You can export the logs to a CSV file for separate storage.
Overview of Audit Log

2. Go to Apps > Flexible User License in the left sidebar.
3. When the Flexible User License app is launched, select Manage Licenses > Exclude Users and Groups from the top navigation.

When multiple filters are applied, only logs that match all conditions (AND logic) will be displayed in the table.
