Copy Users
The Copy users feature allows you to copy all users from a source group to a target group at once. This is useful when you need to duplicate or move users between groups in bulk.
When you use Copy users, the selected users are added to the target group, but they will remain in the original source group as well.
This action does not remove users from the source group.
How to Copy Users Between Groups
Follow these steps to copy users from one or more source groups to a target group:
1. Login to your Jira Cloud site.
2. Go to Apps > Flexible User License in the left sidebar.
3. When the Flexible User License app is launched, select Manage Users & Groups > Copy Users from the top navigation.
4. On the Copy Users screen, select one or more source groups from the Source Group list and click Add.
5. Confirm that the selected source groups have been added to the list.
6. From the Target Group list, select the group where the users will be copied to and click Add.
You can select only one target group.
7. Confirm that the selected target group has been added to the list.
8. Once both the source group(s) and the target group are selected, the Copy Users button becomes active. Click Copy Users to begin the user copy process.
