7. Auto-Unlicensing and Instant Unlicensing(Cloud Ver.)

[Auto-Unlicensing] allows you to register a scheduler that automatically reduces the number of users in a Access group according to a set schedule.

[Instant Unlicensing] adjusts the number of users in a Access group by removing users from the Access group in order of Last Activity Time. The value you enter for that feature is the number of users that will Remain in the Access group after that feature is performed.

7.1 Auto-Unlicensing


The ‘auto licensing’ function is as follows.

Auto Unlicensing

Provides a function to delete users from the Access group at 12:00 AM every day who have no activity record for more than the entered number of days among the users in the Access group





The Auto Unlicensing setting proceeds as follows.


  1. Click the [Edit] button to set 'Auto Unlicensing' Setting.

2. Enter the desired number in the ‘Last Active’ input box in ‘Auto-Unlicensing Management’.



3. You can check how many users will be removed from the Access group by clicking the [Check User Count] button.

4. When all settings are complete, click the [Save] button.




7.2 Instant Unlicensing


 ‘Instant Unlicensing’ is as follows.

Provides the ability to instantly adjust the number of users in an Access group to a desired number based on the user's Last Active Time. (If you enter "50", the number of people in the Access group is immediately adjusted to 50 people.)







[Instant Unlicensing] allows you to instantly adjust the number of users in a Access group to the specified number.


The 'Instant Unlicensing' function proceeds as follows.

1. Enter the number of users in the Access group to be adjusted in the ‘Licensed User After Unlicensing’ field.



2. If you click the [Run Now] button, the number of users in the Access group is immediately adjusted to that value. User Remove are processed in order of oldest to last activity time.
