[2.6] f. Auto Remove and Notification Setting


You can automatically reduce the number of users in the licensed group through [Auto Remove and Notification], according to the configured schedule and notification schedule.


Auto remove and notification consist of 'Auto Remove and Notification Setting' and 'Schedule for Auto Remove and Notification'.

f.1 Auto Remove and Notification Setting

‘Remove from Licensed Group’ and ‘Email Notification’ functions provided by the Auto Remove and Notification Setting are as follows.

Remove from Licensed Group

Provide the function to remove users from the licensed group who have not logged in for more than defined number of days entered.

Email Notification

Send notification email to users in the specified group whenever the set schedule is activated.




The Auto Remove and Notification Settings are as follows.

1. First, click [On] button to activate the function.

2.  Click [Edit] button to set the 'Auto Remove and Notification'.

3. Enter the number you want in the ‘Last login’ field in ‘Remove from Licensed Group’. 

4. You can check how many users are going to be removed from the licensed group by clicking the [Check User Count] button.

5. Enter the number you want in the 'User Count' field in 'Email Notification'.

6. Next, set the desired group as 'Notification Group'.

7. When all settings are completed, click the [Save] button.

'Auto Remove and Notification Setting' and 'Schedule for Auto Remove and Notification' shares the same 'Save' button.






f.2 Auto remove and notification schedule setting

When the 'Remove from Licensed Group' and 'Email Notification' settings are completed, you can set the schedule for this.


Schedule for Auto Remove and Notification settings proceed as follows.

1. Click the [Edit] button.

2. Set the values for ‘Start Time’ and ‘Interval’.

3. When all settings are completed, click [Save] button.
